I am proof the earth is flat.

What, don't believe me? Then YOU explain how I fell off of it. Last thing I knew, I was walking along, making quick pause for Tim Gunn and Grey's. Then, suddenly ...

BAM! Off I fell.

And that's all she wrote, folks.

In all seriousness, the past month or so has been CRAZY for me, with my new puppy (which I have to post a picture of b/c he melts my heart), work that just will not slow down no matter how much I beg it to, and life in general. I just wanted to let you all know that I am, indeed, alive and kicking (or at least alive and twitching), and I promise to be less absent. Okay, I promise to try to be less absent. There. Best I can do.

What about all of you? Are you in the group that's stoked b/c things are finally slowing down and you now have all this time to write and play, or are you sailing on my banana boat? For your sake, I'm hoping it's the former!

But I bet you fell with pinache. And if you didn't, then lie, lie, lie!

Is it possible for life to slow down and allow for oodles of time to write and play? If it ever happens for me, it's never for more than a day or two. And now we have the holidays coming up. Ack!

Hope things slow down for you soon. ;)

I am INSANELY busy, but I just got my submission off so I think my blogger block is gone. Now, to get through ball season, which I wish was as interesting as I make it sound. I'd like to say there are cute boys all around and I'm shooting at them for sport, stilettos and such. It usually requires an uncomfortable dress and band aids on my feet. Phhhbbblllttt.....

Too funny...I just hope you get up and come back soon!

I feel like I'm always too busy, like there's always something happening! Grrr. Drives me nuts, too. In my opinion things get even more hectic come November with the "holidays" starting.

Hmmmm, I just might be joining you in falling into space.

I feel your pain!
My life is busy, but not as crazy as it used to be (back in my DCF days) so I always try to remember that it could be worse, and has been worse.

NEW PUPPY? Pictures, please. ;)

Life here is starting to slow down, possibly a little too much. I still have a room full of boxes waiting to be unpacked, and most of them are my books. I should be writing more, but somehow, all I seem to be spending time on is promoting my blog. I blame Tess Hilmo for introducing me to Stat-counter, lol.

(Oh, and stop by the Lesser Key if you want to win a copy of Jessica Verday's "The Hollow".)

I just finished my book for agent so I am in a lull and antsy as heck!
